From those two pictures, I can see that both shows the classroom. The old classroom (on the left), I think looks rather rusty, perhaps due the aging desks and chairs. Not to mention the fact that there supposedly lack of space between each chairs, which, in my view, might cause certain degree of discomfort for students who are in that classroom. Meanwhile, the modern classroom with the visible whiteboard seems more comfortable for students with sufficient space from one desk to another. The room looks brighter as well, which surely helps students in seeing the notes from a distance.
